Move staff from one Department or Campus to another

Introduction:

HRMS is an indigenous application which helps the Organization to accumulate and maintain the Human Resource data. This document illustrate how a HR admin move / transfer a staff from one Department / Campus to another.

Getting Started:

To access Human Resource Management System

  • Open an internet browser (Recommended to use Google Chrome)

  • Type https://my.amrita.edu/ and click enter

  • Login with your amrita email id and password.

  • Click HUMAN RESOURCES.


Move staff from one department to another

  • Go to Administration > Click Settings


Select School

  • Click on the School name to open the school page from which the staff movement needs to be done


Select Department

  • Click on the Department name to open the department page from which the staff movement needs to be done


Select staff to switch department

  • Select / Tick the staff from staff list to move

  • Click on Change Category button


Change Department

  • Department drop-down will list the departments of all the campuses.

  • Select the Department from drop-down to which the staff to be moved.

  • Click Change button
